Scott Leyland - Director, Licensee and Founder of RIC Strata Management

Scott holds both Real Estate and Strata Management Licenses and has many years of real estate experience since entering the industry in 2007, including sales, property management and the past 12 years in strata management.

Scott having worked for a number of large strata companies over the years, understands that big is not always the best and that members of the owners corporation can often feel their requests go unheard, which is the reason why he founded RIC Strata Management a boutique strata management company that listens.

Scott will also be your dedicated Strata Manager, along with a supported accounts/administrative team.
